Thistle & Wren Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy

At Thistle & Wren, we offer free shipping on single orders over $250, provided the shipping costs are under $30, with any additional costs being the customer’s responsibility. Our typical shipping timeframe is 3-5 days from the order placement, and expedited processing can be requested. International shipping is available, subject to additional fees. Please note, shipping is exclusive to online purchases and not available for in-store purchases.

Order Tracking, Delivery, and Liability

Upon dispatch, we provide detailed tracking information via email, ensuring all shipments are expedited and insured. However, once an order is shipped, Thistle & Wren's responsibility for the delivery ends. For orders that are lost or not received, we advise customers to contact the courier directly, as Thistle & Wren is not liable for such occurrences.

Combined Shipping and Exchanges

We do not offer combined shipping, and the value of exchanged items is applicable only to the new order, not contributing towards the free shipping threshold of subsequent orders.

Curbside Pickup and Local Delivery

Orders for curbside pickup are ready within 3 working business days. If curbside pickup is selected by mistake by non-local customers, a shipping invoice will be issued. Orders not picked up within 4 weeks will be donated to charity, but extensions can be requested. Local deliveries are made within 10 business days, with expedited options available. For apartment building deliveries, a single delivery attempt is made, after which orders must be picked up in-store.
